We call a unit "Best Value" if it is in a high-quality building that has units that are priced significantly less than similar apartments in the same area. I’ve been living at 5000 Forest several years now and it had been an awesome experience.

I had to move because I could not longer afford the rent. Though I did like the location, Forest Drive traffic was pretty awful sometimes.
